I am trying to set up my printer's wireless connection to my new router.  The new router's password includes a + sign, but I cannot see how to enter a + sign using the printer's keypad.

Check the * and # signs and keep pressing all the keys over and over again to cycle through all the letters, characters and symbols. If you don't find the + sign try using EWS on your computer to input the + sign. If that does not work you will have to change your SSID password in the router to not contain a + sign.

Another option, that may help some is to use the WPS Push Button or WPS pin method to connect the router.

Many routers have a WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) button on the side of the router.

If you start the wireless setup process on the printer, it will ask you to enter the wireless password OR use WPS.

For WPS, you typically push the button on your wireless router for 3 seconds and then the printer automatically acquires the password and will connect.
