My printer was working fine.  Then yesterday I just couldn't print wirelessly anymore.  Someone else in the office had the same problem but they restarted their computer and it worked fine after.  I  removed and reinstalled the drivers and it's still not working.  When I go to print, it can find the printer and it says "Ready", but when I try to print it says "Error printing on HP OfficeJet Pro 9020" and nothing happens.  I've restarted my computer multiple times and removed and reinstalled the drivers a couple times (both the "HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software" and the "HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All-in-One Printer - IT Professional Use only" drivers on the HP website).

Does anyone know how to fix this?  Should I remove the HP files under Program Files and try removing and installing the driver again?  What else can I try?  Any help is much appreciated!

Are you able to access the EWS by inputting the printer IP into your browser?
