Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw

Two issues - thus far. Printer won't print envelopes. Even when I set the print size and type to envelopes, and the printer display shows envelopes, all I get are blank envelopes after I hit print. I've tried download drivers from HP but that didn't help. Also, when I try and print legal size paper it always jams. I have specified legal in the print set up, and the printer display shows legal, but the printer only wants to print letter size so it jams every time. What's the use of multi-purpose printer when it can't even handle the basics. I've submitted information to HP, but all I get is an acknowledgement number and never hear further. Not even sure they have humans in their tech support department.
