Good Evening,

I'm looking to contact someone with HP, or the community that may be able to assist, about an incorrect ink cartridge. The same old story as most. I was at Walmart, looked up my old printer on the HP website to identify which ink cartridges I needed to buy and accidentally bought 933 and 934 (instead of 934/935). Obviously, I plan on keeping the 934, but when I tried to exchange the 933 ink cartridge at Walmart today, they said that their new policy did not allow for them to accept cartridges in partially opened packaging. The cartridge itself is untouched, but the corner of the box to access the cartridge was opened.

Please tell me I can exchange these cartridges. Thank you all for your time and assistance. Hopefully, other HP users see this and are warned from attempting to purchase/exchange via Walmart.

@AustinHand, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.
