Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hi,

 

We've recently installed a new printer in our network. We also want to install it on our Windows Server 2012 machine.

 

When installing the drivers recommended on the supportpage, we cannot print anything. 

In the printsetting we've set everyting to A4, but the server keeps saying that the printjob contains Letter.

How can we solve this?
