I have the same problem. I called customer service and they advised I needed to sign up for a paid plan.  When I did that it won't be available until 2/1/2019 the promo need to be signed up by 1/19/19. Please help.

I understand you purchased a new printer and you have issues applying the promo code to the instant ink account.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Where did you purchase this printer from? And how did you know about instant ink promo code?

 

Excellent description and a great diagnosis done. It is greatly appreciated.

 

If you have purchased the printer from the store, I would like you to check with the store for the instant ink promo code.

 

Or, if you see anywhere on the printer or on the box written about the Instant ink promo code.

 

Please send a picture of it to me so I can enroll you in instant ink program and apply the promo code for you.

 

If you can't remember any details. Please share few details in a private message, so I can check the account details and apply the promo code for you.

 

Printer Model Name

Serial Number of the printer

Instant ink Email Address

Instant Ink Account Number

Address to ship the cartridge

Do you need black or color ink cartridges?
