The yellow blinking light on your HP Envy 6455e printer can indicate various issues. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot:

 

Paper Jam: Check for any paper jams. Open the printer cover and look for any stuck paper. If found, gently remove it and close the cover.

Ink or Toner Issue: Ensure that the ink or toner cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink/toner. Try reseating the cartridges if needed.

Printer Connectivity: Check the printer's connection to your computer or network. Make sure the cables are securely connected or try reconnecting the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

 

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. This might reset any internal errors.

Check for Error Messages: If there's an error message displayed on the printer's screen, take note of it as it can provide clues about the issue. Refer to the printer manual for error code explanations.

 

Update Printer Firmware/Drivers: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware and drivers installed.
