Product: HP Envy

Error: a problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until it is resolved. 

I have unplugged and replugged the printer. I have reset the printer and re attached it to the WiFi. I have deleted my app and reinstalled. Nothing is fixing this error.

 

so frustrating.
