HP 350.351 XL purchased from BOL punt..., but this does not work properly, the printer always gives an error message.
If HP card tridges are sold via bolcom (third-party supplier REYOURS) as being HP ink card triggers and it turns out not to work well in practice, can they not be sold by them?
Better HP cartridges to order directly from HP in the future? Or is there possibly another malfunction?

What is the error message that you get?
You can always order HP ink cartridges online from here
Reset the printer
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
-
Wait at least 15 seconds.
-
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
-
Turn the printer on.
Perform solution two and three mentioned in this document.
