HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One day, without changing anything, my HP printer (that I connect to wirelessly) shows "offline" when I try to print from my laptop.  The weird thing about it is that I can print from my cell phone.  I installed HP smart, tried to install it again, and NOW when I try to print a document it says: error- delete- offline 5 documents waiting, yet there are no printing jobs in the queue.  I'm about ready to throw this through the window because I did not change anything.  I've had this printer for 5 years and this is my first issue.  Any ideas what I can do?

This printer 7855 came out in 2017. So now they send out junk updates made by 12 year olds. to force people into buying new. The scanning part is useless. Last week it was working great. I needed to scan this week and I can barely see it. When I hit the print scan tile. It start scanning and I have not put anything on the deck. Delete that so I can get my job done. Junk. I have a 36” plotter scanner. That is impossible to print a 24x36. Absolutely impossible. It is stuck on 36x36”. I can not find anywhere to change the print size. That includes the Arch D. Junk. Leave it alone. Why do they pay people to continue to upgrade and ruin there products. Wanna save money HP. Get rid of your programming department.
