hp officejet 7610 series

I have an officejet 7610 series printer and I've gotten an error with my printhead.  It states that it needs to be replaced and I've done everything as indicated through HP to fix the problem.  Am I suppose to purchase a new printhead and if so where.  It's very discouraging that I can't seem to get a phone number to speak with someone directly.

I understand that you are facing an issue with the Print head.
