I have replaced the black ink cartridge. Run the alignment page and the black ink is not showing up. It shows as full when checked the ink level and also the color cartridge had ink. I ran the cleaning program as well. The expiration date for the ink is Oct. 2020. Don't know what to do next. I am using windows 10 for a dell PC.

I see that the printer does not print in black and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/cartridge replacement
