What is causing a black vertical line to be printed on my Hallmark program envelope?

Dear Chris7251948,

 

I also have had a similar issue with some Hallmark cards and envelopes from the Hallmark Card Studio software. For me, sometimes it produces black lines and other times it does not. My issue was actually not related to the printer, as I tried printing with many other printers, and they all seem to have the same issue. I would suggest trying to contact the maker of the software, as at least in my issue, the printer was not the problem.
