@ss270, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP ENVY 6055e printer is experiencing connectivity and error issues. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the blinking blue and orange lights:

Power Reset:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Press and hold the power button on the printer for about 30 seconds to discharge any residual power.
  • Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet (avoid using surge protectors or extension cords) and then to the printer.
  • Turn on the printer and wait for it to complete the warm-up process.

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • The blue light indicates a Wi-Fi connection issue. Ensure your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  • You might need to restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your printer. Use the printer control panel to do this and then set up the printer again using the HP Smart app.

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can download and install the latest firmware from the HP website.

Check for Paper or Cartridge Issues:

  • The orange light might indicate a paper jam or cartridge issue. Check for any paper jams and ensure the ink cartridges are properly seated and functioning.
