It sounds like your HP ENVY 6055e printer is experiencing connectivity and error issues. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the blinking blue and orange lights:
Power Reset:
- Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for about 2-3 minutes.
- Press and hold the power button on the printer for about 30 seconds to discharge any residual power.
- Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet (avoid using surge protectors or extension cords) and then to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait for it to complete the warm-up process.
Check Wi-Fi Connection:
- The blue light indicates a Wi-Fi connection issue. Ensure your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- You might need to restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your printer. Use the printer control panel to do this and then set up the printer again using the HP Smart app.
