My printer is not working, has a blue screen after I've unplugged it from the socket, no connection to the Internet, nothing just dead, I've contacted on WhatsApp an tehnician who said I need a new one and that he can help me choose another one....I want mine to work, he cancelled my subscription for the Ink and that's it... but I'm not happy with that, he didn't offer to fix it or anything...just said" I think the printer's firm ware is corrupted" and that was it

Hi @Liliana01,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP printer is experiencing some issues, possibly related to firmware corruption. Before considering purchasing a new printer, there are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue.
Perform a Power Cycle:
- Unplug the printer from the power source.
- Wait for about 1-2 minutes.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Update Firmware (if possible):
- Visit the HP support website for your printer model.
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer.
- Follow the instructions provided to update the firmware.
Factory Reset:
- Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on performing a factory reset.
- This can help clear any software or configuration issues.
Check Connections:
- Ensure all cables are securely connected.
- If your printer supports wireless connection, make sure it is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
