HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the printer boots up it goes to a blue screen with the error code B80B746C. All of the lights start flashing and the power button does not work. After restart the same thing happens.  I have a HP Officejet Pro 9015e

Hello ChristiS1, how are you ?

Please,

Touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the dashboard on the printer control panel
Select “Setup” and then select “Printer Maintenance”
Select “Restore” and then select “Restore Factory Defaults”
A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
Select “Restore” to finish the reset process.

Waiting.
