I can't print a photo without margins. The "borderless" button is blocked, I can't adjust it. What to do?

Welcome to our HP Community.

The setting cannot be adjusted:

This printer model does not support Borderless Printing.

Borderless PrintingNo

The margin at the bottom edge is larger than those required at the top and sides:

Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)3 mm

Some photo printing software will automatically center the image for printing and add / adjust the margins.

OR

If you have to add the margins, set all sides no smaller than 12.7 mm (1/2 inch).

For best results and access to the full range of features that the printer supports,

Install the Full Feature Software - Full Driver printer software.

In addition, install the HP Smart application.
