Product: HP LaserJet Pro M118dw printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the first time since I procured the printer, I attempted to remove and replace the toner cartridge.  I followed the directions by pulling on the handle to remove the cartridge, but the whole handle (several inches long) came off in my hand, leaving the cartridge behind.  I can't figure out how to reattach it.

This is half cartridge and this is normal, You just need to replace that part. This is Toner with magnet roller.
