Welcome to HP Forum! I am happy to help you.
Could you have placed a media into the input tray that is physically smaller than intended? What is the affected printer model?

Hi,
Affected product mentioned will display paper mismatch if paper width does not match the tray's paper width.
I believe that image printed has been scaled to Legal and your paper could be Letter. Both of paper size has the same width.
Hence, you would be getting image cut off. Well, there isn't much information in your problem details. This is what i can relate to.

Hi,
May i know if you are printing PDF statment . If the file is PDF then i would suggest you open the statment in Adode
then click on file and print, but before printing ensure you choose the correct paper size and also there is option to scale to fit to page and then print.
