Hi there,
I haven't used my printer for some months so I decided to boot it up, to my surprise it is not printing. I originally had Instant ink cartridges and just replaced these with regular ink today (cancelled my subscription) and to no avail my printer will not print anything I send it.
I have updated to newest software, factory reset it, cleaned the sensors gently, practically tried everything. This has been ongoing for over a week and I've had zero help from support. I'm starting to wonder if this is a printer issue? My printer is still under warranty and would love it replaced.
