Hi @jax53

Thank you for writing to HP forum. According to the printer specification, the Envy 4527 printer accepts media types of plain paper, photo paper, and brochure paper.

The specification of HP media types can be found in this link: http://www.hp.com/sbso/special/hp-paper-selectorguide.pdf on page 3.

Hope this would help the selection of suitable media types for your printer. Please let me know if you have further questions. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you.

Best regards,

I was a bit nervous about printing on cardboard but I needed to add this for my book and was thinking of alternatives and went completely blank, a muppet moment, I was frantic trying to think of another way, and just got up and left, until my muppet moment had released my brain from its hold.

Now I can get on with the job at hand and would like to Thank You for your help.

Kiaora16. It was you that made me feel positive and I thank you for your aid.
