Hello, https://dreckigerjonas.com/de/
I have a deskjet 2630 perfectly configured and 100% operational wirelessly, but I can't print my photos and documents in color from my iPhone XR
When I select the document or photo and select the printer, it automatically puts it in black and white without the possibility of changing the paper type or color
in another canon that I have with AirPrint if it allows me to select the color or not of the photograph and documents
Is there any solution?
The printer works perfectly from PC
thanks and best regards

Hi @tinokotu
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print in color from your iPhone to the printer. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps:
Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Update the printer firmware
Refer to page 39 from the user manual to know how to enable web services and update the printer.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for updates on the iOS device.
Try printing in color
Open the item you want to print, and then tap the Share icon
or
.
Tap Print or the Print icon
to open Printer Options.
Tap Select Printer to select your printer.
Change any of the following print job settings. Available settings vary depending on the app you are printing from, the print job type, and your printer.
Paper: Make any paper size changes on the printer. AirPrint automatically detects the paper size loaded in the printer or the size selected on the printer control panel. If the detected size is different than the paper in the tray, an error might display asking to confirm the size.
Number of copies: Select how many copies you want to print.
Black & White: Select to print in grayscale. This option only displays for color printers.
Double-sided printing: Print on both sides of the paper for certain file types.
Page range: Select specific pages within a document or webpage to print.
If the issue persists, download and install the HP Smart app to print and check if that helps.
Click here to download and know more about the app.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
