@valeria2220, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

We will have to perform an OOB reset on the printer to bypass the use of setup ink cartridges.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I have the same issue as you do.  My company had all these printers but they did not give us the cartridges to set up the printer.  Can you share what HP Support gave you to fix the issue.  Any help is very much appreciated.

Same problem here. Brand new pristine box straight from the factory did not have the set up cartridges.
