Thank you for posting your query.
I am sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties printing documents from your PC with an HP printer, I would request you to please follow the steps:
Set your Printer as Default:
- Go to the Control Panel on your PC.
- Click on Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer and select Set as default printer.
Update Printer Driver:
- Visit the HP Support website and search for your printer model.
- Download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.
Check Printer Queue:
- Open Devices and Printers from the Control Panel.
- Double-click on your printer to see the queue.
- Right-click and select Cancel all documents if there are stuck print jobs.
Reinstall the Printer Software:
- Go to Add or remove programs in Windows.
- Uninstall any current printer software.
- Reinstall the software using the CD that came with your printer or download it from the HP Support website.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
Reboot Devices:
- Restart both your printer and PC to refresh their connectivity.
