Product: hp photosmart c5550 all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Photosmart C5550 All-in-One printer just stopped working this week with a Carriage Jam.  I followed the troubleshooting procedures in HP Solution center looking for paper jammed in there (nothing i can see at least), Tried completely unpplugging from everything and moving the carriage manually, but it won't budge.  The ink cartridges are also difficult to remove and re-load.  Any ideas, or is it just time for a new printer?
