Product: HP Envy Photo 7855X
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Cleaning pick up rollers. Since my printer is not printing, the HP Print and Scan Doctor thought I had no paper, which I do. It then advised me to clean the pick up rollers, though it did not provide instructions. To show me what to do, the Chat provided me with a link that does not function. Any suggestions? How do I find them? How do I clean them?
