Product: HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78323-E78330 series

My E78330 printer does not transfer magenta and threw a code 60.00.3D which I was able to reset by rebooting. The magenta developer unit does not appear to be driving/turning. I can manually turn it when I have it out of the machine. This machine is in the same family as the 77825/830, 77822/823
