Hi @IdSandi,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Unplug the printer from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back into the power source.
  • Turn on the printer and check if the issue persists.

Firmware Update:

  • This error code can sometimes be resolved by updating the printer's firmware. If you can access the printer menu after performing a hard reset, follow these steps to update the firmware:
    • Go to the printer’s control panel.
    • Navigate to "Setup" (the gear icon).
    • Select "Printer Maintenance" or "Printer Service."
    • Choose "Update the Printer."
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Check for Obstructions:

  • Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams, packing materials, or obstructions inside the printer. Remove any found obstructions carefully.

If the issue still persists, refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults.

I hope this helps.
