Hi I would like to know how I can uninstall .. hp smart.. Attention I do not appear the program on PROGRAMS AND FEATURES of win 10, I wanted to try to reinstall it, since the printer prints with everything else but not with this pc .... when I start the print part to load the sheet but then stops.... I repeat only with this pc    thanks

I understand you would like to uninstall the HP Smart app as you are not able to print. 

  1. In Windows, search for and open Apps & features.
  2. Click HP Smart in the list of apps, and then click Uninstall.

To assist you better, do you get any errors while trying to print?

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
