Officejet Pro 8600

Officejet Pro 8600 copies printed are shifted to the right so that there is a wide margin on left & printing is cut off on the right.  This is with gmail print, documents print, anything. It's as if I'm trying to print for a booklet but the right side of page is cut off.

@Beth5279, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

If the issue persists while printing and copying, this could be a hardware issue with the printer. Let us restore the factory settings on the printer:

1. Go to Setup Icon at main Menu of the Control Panel of your Printer

2. Select Tools

3. Select Restore Factory Default.

Now, try making a copy and check. if the issue persists, I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
