Im trying to make a holiday card. 10 x 7, something on the cover, something on the inside. We have 10 x 7 paper, and on the mac I can select it to print 10 x 7, but when i go to the actual printer, there is no option for 10 x 7 and I don't see a way to customize it. Help please?
