If your printer is on a network open a Web browser and enter printer’s IP address in the Web address field.
That will open printers ESW you will find a more printer setting including an option to disable cartridge protection under supplies tab.
All previously protected ink cartridge will remain protected, only new ones you install in that printer will not be protected.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
