HP Office Jet 3830; document stuck in printer queue; I've viewed multiple videos and none of the suggestions have worked, but I have tried all of them. Thus far, I've:
1. turned Router on & off;
2. deleted in spooler;
3. turned printer on and off (multiple times) turned laptop on and off multiple times;
4. tried to delete in printer queue (many, many times) and just get error message.
5. tried to "resume" stuck document, hoping it would help clear it; it didn't
I really need to be able to print several documents and not the one that is stuck. That was last week's job and no longer relevant.

If you have not done so, (try again to) clear and rebuild the Print Queue.
How-to / Procedure
===========================================
Windows - Print Queue / Print Service Reset
- In most cases, after a print job has been accepted, it is turned over the Windows Print Services for completion.
- When a job is "stuck in the queue", it is sometimes because Print Services is stuck or otherwise “broken”.
- If the job is accepted and quickly disappears, it is perhaps the result of incorrect Temp folder permissions.
