Product: HP OfficeJet 3835 All-in-One Printer

goodmorning everyone

at a certain point the printer stopped to function. it only prints sheets of paper with "ERROR" printed.  it is connected to wi-fi, and also to the laptop but is impossible to print any type of thing. 

the printer says that " the inside tape must be cleaned" 

can you please help me to solve this problem?
