have changed the cartridges, printed test pages, and done the print head cleaning three times using the HP app. Still don't' get a good, printed page. Last step is to manually clean the print head - but does the Envy 7155 have removable print head?

Hi @nothopeful,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
The HP ENVY 7155 does not have a removable printhead. Instead, it uses integrated printhead cartridges, meaning the printhead is part of the ink cartridge itself. When you replace the ink cartridges, you are also replacing the printheads.
If you encounter any issues with print quality or printhead errors, replacing the ink cartridges can often resolve these problems. Here are the steps to replace the ink cartridges:
- Turn on the printer: Ensure your HP ENVY 7155 is turned on.
- Open the ink cartridge access door: Lift the ink cartridge access door until it locks into place. The carriage will move to the center of the printer.
- Wait for the carriage to stop moving: Before you proceed, make sure the carriage is idle and silent.
- Remove the old cartridges: Press down on the old cartridge to release it, then pull it out of its slot.
- Unpack the new cartridges: Remove the new ink cartridges from their packaging and remove the plastic tape.
- Insert the new cartridges: Slide the new cartridge into the empty slot at a slight upward angle, and then press up until it clicks into place. Make sure you insert the tri-color cartridge into the left slot and the black cartridge into the right slot.
- Close the ink cartridge access door: Once the new cartridges are securely in place, close the ink cartridge access door.
