doesn't print FULL financial statement in landscape mode

doesn't print FULL financial statement in landscape mode. I change to landscape in Devices & Printers. This seems to only happen with monthly financial  statements.

The type of content, that is, the document type impacts the results.

For example, there might be differences printing an Excel sheet as opposed to printing a PDF file.

Typically, Excel might require a full driver printer software and the ability to select the field(s) / cells being printed.

For example, Apps and Software in Windows are frequently more robust than the applications available on Mobile devices (phones, tablets).

Regardless,

The app or software must support an option to Fit the content onto the single sheet of paper in the selected orientation, including Landscape.

Paper sizes are limited to those listed in the Printer Specifications.

If the content simply won't fit on one sheet of paper, consider using Tile / Poster to print the data.

Tile / Poster printing is common (and supported) for PDF files in Windows.

Tiled printing is when you print out a large image over several pieces of paper, with each piece of paper acting as a “tile,” hence the name. From there, you line up the tiles to form a grid, thus creating your huge wall poster.

Print PDF in Adobe Reader DC 

 Print PDF - Size or Poster

Open the PDF document in Adobe Reader DC 

Click the Print icon

Open Properties

Set Shortcut to Everyday Printing (Plain paper, single sided)

Select your Paper Size

Click OK to save change(s) and Exit the Properties menu

Next,

Main print menu

Page Sizing & Handling

If printing at 100% or smaller, and the content fits on the paper, Page Sizing & Handling = Size

Then select Actual, Fit / Shrink to fit, percentage (wording varies)

OR

If printing “larger than 100%”, or the content size requires it, Page Sizing & Handling = Poster

Poster Printing - Notes

• If the page size is equal to or smaller than the paper size and you want the output larger, increase the Tile Size
• If the file is already larger than the paper size, it will be divided into Tiled sheets needed to print the file
• Enter an "overlap" and whether you want the "cut marks" included

When ready, click to Print

Reminder:  Select the orientation on the main print menu - do not "double up" and selected orientation in Properties, too.
