I am trying to print labels using ePrint. When the document comes out, the printer has added about half inch of margins, causing the labels to be mis-printed. How do I get it to stop doing that?

ePrint is not the right tool for the job.  There are no tools to change the default behavior.  ePrint has lots of rules and almost NO flexibility.

Label Printing is best done using the printer software and programs on your computer.

How-to document:

Printing Labels for Addresses, CDs, DVDs, and More

For example,

IF the Avery Print and Design software works on your version of XP, use that software to create the labels and then submit the job to the printer.

Avery Design & Print

Avery Design and Print (Download for Desktop)

OR

If you have access to Office Word, use an Office Word label template to create the labels and then submit the job from Word to the printer.

OR

IF HP Photo Creations works on your version of XP, use Photo Creations to create the labels and submit the job to the printer.

Download, Save, and install:

HP Photo Creations

After the software is installed:

Click Start (windows key) > all apps > scroll the list

Open Category HP

Find the HP Photo Creations application

Right-Click on the application and PIN to Start

Important:

All of these options require that your printer Full Feature Software is installed on the computer.

The Full Feature Software is supported for XP (32bit only).
