Help! I just found the battery on my Zeen tablet is expanding! It's forced the back cover off and will no longer fit in the slot on my eStation C510 printer. This is my the second eStation printer that I've owned as the first one started making weird noises so I bought another as a replacement because I LOVE this printer, but I'm out of warranty and don't know what to do (I'm going through a divorce now so buying a third eStation is not an option LOL). Can I replace the battery?

I had to look up this printer / tablet combo - the product was introduced in 2010.
Short answer: I'd say No, the battery might not be easily replaced at home, though you might be able to get a local repair house to take a look at it.
That said...
I did find a refurbished Zeen "tablet only" on Google for sale - $200 just for the tablet. No idea whether this is even reasonable - and yes, I did read your comments: Budget is super tight right now.
The battery should be removed from the tablet - according the HP data, the expansion is not dangerous (the battery should not explode, for example). It certainly needs to be removed in case there is actually any chance of saving that tablet. It is possible, that once removed, the battery could be replaced -- this assumes there is a part number on the battery, the inside of the tablet is not otherwise too damaged, and that you can find a replacement for a ten year old battery removed from a little tablet device. Might happen - I just don't want to raise your hopes unnecessarily.
Discussion / Commentary
I am not at all an advocate for purchasing "cheap" anything, especially printers,
It sounds like you need both a new tablet (stand alone this time) and a decent replacement for the printer.
That Zeen tablet, by the way, is might be some cut-down, weird, version of Android. ??
HP’s Zeen Tablet: Made to Complement a Printer, but Not to Stand Alone
If you do like the tablet, if it is actually some form of Android, and the way it operates, then you likely want to think about an Android replacement. Budget super tight? I just purchased a new Kindle Fire for my sister - one of the fancier ones - it runs some odd version of Android, was not terribly expensive, and Sis likes it very much. She is not a computer fan so the simplified operation of the Kindle suits her needs.
Printers are a problem - if you buy cheap, you get cheap (any brand). If you spend more money, you get more printer.
I do suggest that should you find it necessary to get a new printer that you do get one that has the little Printer Control Panel (like on your eStation printer) so you can input information into it AND the printer can tell you what is going on beyond a few flashing lights. Blind printers are cheaper - in my opinion - they are more difficult to actually use, Find and READ the user guide for any potential printer, read the specifications - know what the printer can (and cannot do) before you buy it. Nothing worse than buying a new printer and finding out it cannot do the one most important task you need of it.
When it rains, it pours.
Rats.
Good Luck.
Stay Safe.
Hang in there - "this, too, shall pass".
