Product: HP ENVY 6420e All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have an HP Instant Ink subscription, my printer is connected to the internet.  Since yesterday I'm not able anymore to print, it says there is a cartridge error and shows an empty color cartridge.

As the inklevel cannot be read by the system, HP will not send me new ink.  The problem has to be solved first.

Unfortunately, I cannot reach the helpdesk...

Can someone help me or give me the procedure to follow?
