Envy 7134 printer, on instant ink program.
Got a new cartridge, but when I try to lift the cartridge door up there is resistance and a message is displayed saying something like "Door open. Cover must be closed to continue..."
I have tried turning the printer off, leaving for a few minutes and turning on again, but same problem.
Door seems jammed even when powered off.
Tried clicking on the change cartridge icon and still same problem.
Status says ink low, but nothing is printing so need to replace the cartridge.
Note, have changed cartridges in the past without problem.
Any suggestions?
