Please check the following details
- Make sure the printer's wireless signal is on, and the printer connects to the same network as your computer
- Check the router band setting. Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.
Also ensure the Printer Firmware is updated. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
After checking all these details I suggest you remove and re-enable Web Services
1. On the printer click on the Web Services icon in the top left corner of the display.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Remove/Disable/Turn Off Web Services.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions
5. Restart your Printer and from the main screen click on the Web Services icon again.
