Hello, I have an HP printer that no longer works because of an error 0xc19a0003, I can't do anything, I can simply check my ink level and scan sheets, I don't really know what to do, if anyone has already had the same error as me, I'm interested

Hi @zealotique,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error 0xc19a0003 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 typically indicates a problem with the printhead or ink system. Here are steps you can follow to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue.
Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
Check and Reseat the Printhead
- Open the printer's access door to access the printhead and cartridges.
- Remove all ink cartridges and set them aside.
- Carefully lift and reseat the printhead.
- Reinsert the cartridges and close the access door.
Clean the Printhead
- If the error persists, clean the printhead contacts:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Remove the cartridges and the printhead.
- Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to gently clean the electrical contacts on the printhead and inside the printer.
- Allow the printhead to dry completely before reinserting it.
Update the Firmware
- If your printer is functional enough to connect to your computer or network, check for a firmware update using the HP Smart app or HP's website. Sometimes, software updates can fix persistent errors.
Use the Built-in Diagnostic Tool
- Some HP printers have a built-in diagnostic feature:
- Go to the printer's menu and look for Tools or Printer Maintenance.
- Run the Clean Printhead or Printer Alignment function.
Reset the Printer
- Perform a semi-full reset:
- Unplug the printer.
- Hold the # and 3 buttons while plugging the power cord back in.
- Release the buttons when the printer powers on and follow the on-screen instructions.
Replace the Printhead
- If cleaning and reseating the printhead does not resolve the issue, it might need replacement. You can purchase a new printhead compatible with the OfficeJet Pro 8610. Ensure you follow the installation instructions carefully.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
