Hi @thisjsad,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP 9014 Pro Series printer. The error code "01b3b8e6" indicates that there's a problem with the printer. Blue screens are usually associated with computer software or hardware issues, rather than printers. However, since you've mentioned both an error code and a blue screen, let's try a few troubleshooting steps.

  • Restart the Printer: Power off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Power it on and see if the error persists.
  • Update Firmware: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve various issues.
  • Check for Paper Jams: Make sure there are no paper jams inside the printer. Even a small piece of torn paper can cause errors.
  • Check Ink or Toner: Ensure that the ink or toner cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink or toner levels. Low levels can cause errors.
  • Perform a Hard Reset: Sometimes, a hard reset can help resolve issues. To do this, turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and then press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds. Plug it back in and power it on.
  • Disconnect from Network: If your printer is connected to a network, disconnect it from the network and see if the error persists. This can help isolate whether the issue is related to the network connection.
  • Check for Software Conflicts: If your printer is connected to a computer, ensure that there are no conflicting software applications that might be causing the issue. Try printing from a different computer or device if possible.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
