i have a problem in this printer box pack new open and error 30.01.44 scanner failure. what can i do?

As this is a restricted sale item, you should contact your vendor to get them to fix it. That exact error is not listed in the troubleshooting documentation but is related to either the ADF not feeding properly or not being detected on powerup.

Company repouted to me repair all hp printers

This is not a ADF problem

Oops, reversed the number, however service documentation states that this is a scanner communication error and that you should check all scanner connections and in particular the FFC cables for the ADF. If there are no apparent issues with cabling the next step would be replace the ADF assembly.

As these are managed products only sold through authorized MPS partners, only they can order parts for this product line under warranty.
