error 49:2F:DF on M525 on printing

I have since a week this fatal error :

49:2F:DF ( firmware 2410035_055361)

49:2F:FF (firmware 2305090_000466)

I changed firmware, did a reset factory, check dns, ip, gateway, change the cable, still have a fatal error when I tried to print.

I changed my domain same week, but I dont see any link with this.

If you disconnect the network cables and just turn on the printer does it come to ready and are you able to print built in reports like config pages without the 49 error popping up? If yes then there are two likely issues, the first is a corruption of the firmware that just updating does not fix. In that case you need to format the drive and do a complete fresh firmware install through the pre-boot menu. The second possibility is that you have either a duplicate IP address on your network or there is a corrupt print job stuck in the queue of a workstation on your network, or someone is sending a print job formatter for an non-HP printer.
