Can you indicate when I might see an email from the Identified HP contact?

Note; on reviewing many pages in this community forum, a common point of the problem seems to associate with a firmware update pushed out around the end of last year(2020) to around the first part of this year (2021).

In either case, soft/firmware or hardware the defect is on HP.
