cant print documents from microsoft word or pdf , the printing will be on queue and suddenly it will show error "printing error" I have done pc, wifi and printer restart but still the same,.any help please

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
