When starting up the printer the following message appears for a very short time in a blue screen: C8190014. Then a blinking screen with all the lights says to start up again. When I did, the same issue happened, also after trying a few hours later.
Who knows the golden tip?
Thanks in advance,
Ron

Hi @ronhenkes,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you’re dealing with a persistent startup issue, possibly related to hardware or software problems. Here’s a step-by-step approach to troubleshoot:
Check Connections: Make sure all cables are securely connected. Sometimes, loose connections can cause boot issues.
Power Cycle: Turn off the device completely, unplug it, wait for a minute or two, then plug it back in and try to start it up again.
Inspect for Overheating: Ensure that your device is not overheating. Overheating can cause boot issues and erratic behavior.
Safe Mode: Try starting the device in Safe Mode (if it’s a computer). This can help you determine if the issue is related to a recent software change or update.
Check for Error Codes: If there are any error codes or messages, look them up online for more specific troubleshooting steps.
Update or Reinstall Drivers/Software: If you can access Safe Mode or recovery options, try updating or reinstalling drivers or any recent software that might be causing the issue.
Hardware Diagnostics: Some devices have built-in diagnostics tools that can help identify hardware issues. Run these if available.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
