error code 0x6100004a seems cartridge wont slide

HP6960 printer.Error code 0x6100004a. The ink cartridge will not move but just a little?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. As printer carriage is not moving freely inside the printer.
 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in these documents - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays and Carriage jam or E3 error
