Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi- I have shut it down, unplugged from power. Released and rest the ink cartridges. Checked for paper jams and I am still getting the error message. This all started when a printing job via wifi was interrupted. Is there any way to salvage this. The printer is at least 4 years old.
